What is the admission process?

1. Enquiry & Information Gathering

  • Parents or guardians visit the school or website.
  • Collect information about curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission criteria.

2. Admission Form Submission

  • Obtain the admission form (online or offline).
  • Fill out details like:
    • Student’s personal info
    • Parent/guardian details
    • Previous academic records
  • Attach necessary documents (see below).

3. Document Submission

  • Birth certificate (for age proof)
  • Previous school report card (for transfer students)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC)
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Address proof
  • Aadhar card (India)
  • Medical fitness certificate (some schools)

4. Interaction / Entrance Test (if applicable)

  • A written entrance test
  • Personal interview with the student and/or parents
  • Observation session for kindergarten students

5. Review & Selection

  • School authorities review applications.
  • Selection is based on:
    • Availability of seats
    • Performance in tests/interviews
    • Age and eligibility criteria

6. Admission Confirmation

  • Selected candidates are notified.
  • Admission fee must be paid within the deadline to secure the seat.

7. Final Enrollment

  • Issue of Admission Number / ID Card
  • Allotted class & section
  • Welcome/orientation for new students
